How do you guys deal with a ';suckup';?

Someone always sucking up to the senior people.How do you guys deal with a ';suckup';?
I basically ignore them because they are so insecure in their position in life that they think they will get somewhere by being like that....How do you guys deal with a ';suckup';?

I just ignore them and make friends with other people!
