How do u guys deal with this if..?

u cant get over ur ex?


i have this problem even though i have a boyfriend who really love me. But somehow i dont trust him, i always secretly comparing him and my ex, and i am scared to be hurt again. it is sooo hurt that i feel numb sometime. i know that my boyfriend love me a lot but i just cant give him all of my heart, i dont wanna get hurt like before.


What should i do?

Don't punish your current boyfriend because of the actions of your ex. It is not fair to him. You need to put the past in the past. Being in love is about exposing yourself to the possibility of getting hurt. If you keep holding back, you won't be truly happy. Not just now but with any relationship in the future. Everybody is different and should be treated as such.How do u guys deal with this if..?
thats the point of a relationship ur ment 2 share ur life with that person, not everyone is gonna be like ur ex bf. and besides the only way you can get hurt is if you let them.
Sit down with him and tell him how you feel and why you feel this way. and you guys need to decide what can you guys to do to fix it.
