How would a 45 year old guy deal with the face if he is madly in love witha 25 year old woman?

Should he make a move, give out hints, or simply forget about it?

He didn't really plan for this to happen. It's just that they spend a lot of time together by circumstance... they have very much in common, have similiar fashion sense, personalities are spot on... and she's a fun and beautiful person. He's not old looking or anything, but he thinks about the woman often. How should he deal with the situation? How would a 45 year old guy deal with the face if he is madly in love witha 25 year old woman?
Lots of younger women like older men so don't let age be a barrier.

You say she is a fun person, so he should invite her for a fun day out and do something that they both find fun - it could be anything from ten pin bowling, a visit to a theme park, a boat trip something a bit whacky and fun. Not a date like a dinner date or a movie, that's too much like 'i want to stop being friends and want to be lovers' all in one big step.

Having a fun time together that is unrelated to the circumstances that brought them together will be a good opportunity to learn about each other and form a bond. During the day he should try and get her to most of the talking and listen and learn about her wishes desires and dreams, women love that and most guys are not very good at it.

Hopefully, by the end of the day it will be obvious that there are feelings there and with a bit of luck (you make your own luck with this one by the way) she will want him to take her in his arms and kiss her, or at the very least expect a 'we must do something like this again sometime'

I hope it works out!How would a 45 year old guy deal with the face if he is madly in love witha 25 year old woman?
He should pursue her then.
He should forget about her. He was 20 years old when the girl was born! besides, it may be nice now, but he's probably gonna die a lot sooner than the girl is.
If he loves her he should make a move. Love knows no age boundry's.
