A bully that happens to be addicted to runescape in fact.How would you guys deal with a bully?
put their phone number on craigslist and say they are prostitute/rent boy.How would you guys deal with a bully?
You turn the other cheek, AND God will avenge you.

It looks like all of the other answers believe that you asked for instructions on how to become a bully! Please don't take any of their advice. This is one angry, bitter, hateful bunch of losers that are suggesting that you become hateful and wicked.





You don't mention anything about your relationship with God, or your beliefs. God says vengeance is His. And He DOES repay.
In a group of ten, if one bullies another one and the rest will not make a move, he is given the right to claim power to anyone even to everyone. So, I guess you will know what I mean. I will also consider Luke's recommendation but I will also add weeds for sale in his yard discreetly.
It depends on what he does to you. Talk smack, ignore him. Walk to a adult to make 'em punks run! Otherwise they can not do anything without getting caught. Physically hitting? Defend yourself! Block the attacks! Beating you up so fast can not get to a adult? Beat the crap outta him then tell! Your enemy is to weak now! I hope I helped.
Get the person's IP address then attempt to infect their computer with viruses. Get their e-mail address and send them stuff (use your imagination). Get into Runescape and figure out a way to harrass him without being present. Cover your tracks.

tell someone the bully is not going to know and when they punish him he can't hurt you i don't know why people are scared to tell someone on them they are not going to hurt you if they are handled by an adult

Beat them up. They usually can't fight and will straighten up once they know that they can't fight.
